Replacing VGA cable

I have 2 HP monitors one is one year newer than the other. They both have the exact same vga cable. When I cut them open the wires were different colors. How do I splice them back together?

Large Wires Large Wires
Blue Blue
Red Red
Drk Gray Drk Gray
Lt Gray Green
Small Wires Small Wires
Yellow Yellow
Black Black
Orange Orange
Brown Brown
Red White

I would assume I’d match the colors that do match then match the remaing two.
