Replication From sql 2000 to sql 2005

I have a server running remotely in Chicago running sql 2005 and one CA running sql 2000 it is our production server. Sql 2000 is setup as Replication and Publishier. I would like to push subscription to 2005 copying entire table data. Here are my two quetions
1. How do I register the 2005 server in 2000 enterprise manager?

2. How do I configure 2005 to recieve subscriptions from 2000.

I am almost there I think I am missing few small peaces. The main peace is I cannont connect to the 2005 server. Does anyone have some good documention they can point me to so I can complete this tadk. Thanks
