Replication not happening

Dear All,

I am Melvin from India. I need a clarification about replication. We are using Win 2003 Server SP2 for some geographical locations.
My Problem is that if I create any user in Main domain controller thats not replicating in other DCs in the geographical locations. Can anyone help how to setup a replication in between these DCs? Please kindly help me on this.
