Replication on MOSS 2007 (Sharepoint Portal Server 2007)

I am trying to replicate website from 1 server to another server. Both servers are identical. I had tried the Content deployment techniqu but failed to do successfully……

At the point of merging site’s content it doesnot work….

Is there any way to get out of this problem..
