Reply to email address refused delivery

I have a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and I have an issue that’s baffling. One client (who happens to own the company) gets returned mail undeliverable from another client in the active directory when replying to his email. I know this may be a minor issue, but under the circumstance… Anyone have any ideas. There are 150 people in the directory and this is the only instance where it has happened.
