Report Builder in SQL Server 2005

I am having a problem starting Report Builder from the reporting services one click button.

It is on a secured site and I get 407 authentication errors when trying to start the report builder.

Reporting services is on the box I am using but it does a security check when trying to start report builder.

Does anyone know what I need to change to pass the correct security information.
