Research job or normal engineering one?

I am a master student. I study a Wireless Systems. I will graduate soon and I don’t know which kind of jobs to choose. For sure research field looks interest for me but is it better than working in technical fields?.
What is the better for an engineer? a researcher in some lab or normal engineering job?
Please, give me you opinion, and why?.
