reset fax line on linksys VOIP router ?

how do I reset the fax line for linksys VOIP router?

I have the linksys router:
Cisco SPA2102 VoIP Router 2 FXS RJ-11 Phone Ports 2 RJ45 10/100 LAN Ports

I already unpluged and replug the phone line, Ethernet line from the router. The 2 VOIP phone lines lights don’t turn on. The other lights for internet & power are turn on.

Does Linksys have setting in its software for resetting fax line ?
