Resize Boot Drive

I need to expand the size of an NT Server 4.0 boot drive (C). It is FAT. There is another partition, NTFS (D).

I can add another hard drive, but Disk Admin won’t let you change the size of the boot drive.

Has anyone used drive copy or some other inexpensive option? I’m considering just running a full backup (difficult since they only have a Travan drive and generic MS Backup) and a new hard drive, creating the new partitions, then restoring the backup(s).

I’ve looked into ServerMagic,but it’s almost $500 and my client can’t afford that.
