restart loop.

I followed the instructions at http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-6346-5928902.html to the tee and it started saying that I was missing files, (pci.sys and nvatabus.sys). I replaced those and it will start to boot showing the white on black line that you see picking hardware modes. Then the desktop just resets and loops. Any ideas? I’m totally lost here. Usually I only deal with hardware.
