restore disk got broken

my daughter has a hp computer and her restore disk got broken. not knowing what she was doing she took out things she thought she could download on a floppy disk because someone sent har a ytunnel and now she can’t get on her computer or in yahoo messanger. we need to restore the computer but don’t have the disk where do we get one or how can we get her computer working again.
