Restore to Failover Exchange server using Symantec Backup Exec 10d

Hello all,
I am trying to restore a mailbox from the backup of one Exchange server to the failover Exchange server. In the selections option, I will select the mailbox, then go to Destination > Microsoft Exchange Redirection. There, I will select “Redirect Exchange Sets” and enter the Failover Server’s name. But every time I run the restore job, I get an access denied error. I have tried running the job as the default logon account, as a domain administrator, and as the mailbox logon account, and they all fail with the same error. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
