Restoring Active Directory from Win2000 server to a win2003 server

I have two domain controllers, on is win2000 advanced (yeah i know) and the other is win2003 standard edition with MSexchange 2003 installed. I replicated the Active directory onto the win2003 server. The problem is that i can’t view the active directory from any of my network clients and the win2003 server machine but i can from the win2000 server where it sits, is there any way to replicate the AD to another DC.

My backups are corrupted.
