Restoring Win98 from forgotten Admin password

Does anyone knows how to restore or change the admin password on a Win98 machine? The machine is on a network, and when I pressed ‘Cancel’ to bypass the prompt, it displays a message than returns me back to the password prompt.

I searched the internet for help, but all instructions I find, assumes I am already in Win98.
