Restrict internet access on WYSE thin Client…

We’re using 50 Thin clients on a citrix server. All thin clients get their configuration from .ini file located on the citrix server. We would like to add a script that would restrict internet access to only certain thin clients ( about 4 ) and not the rest. any idea on how to do this?
