Restricting Internet sites

I need to restrict users from going to certain websites mainly these personal sites like myspace.com (I hate these things). For right now I need a quick fix to this problem. We are ordering a firewall that will be able to filter certain internet sites but for now I just want to restrict a couple specific sites. Is there an easy way to do this with Windows Server 2003 or maybe with Windows XP Pro? Thanks
