Restricting User login in Win XP

Hi,
My network conists of Windows server 2003 with Active Directory running and all clients running XP and member of the domain.

Is it possible to make a particular user only can login to a particular system.

For example, Only User X can login in Computer X, other users(expect administrator)should not login to computer X & User X can login in other clients.
