Restricting Wireless to Preferred ONLY

Our kids have a couple of netbooks with wireless access. I am quite diligent with security, WPA2 with AES encryption. Due to the size of the area, we have two SSID’s.

Sometimes, unknown to them, they manage to connect to the neighbours unsecured wireless network.

Is there a way to restrict an XP PC to be able to only connect to preferred networks?
