Reverse DNS

Using a Cisco 2811 w/ Static IP (T1). Emails to AOL.com are being blocked due to reverse DNS issues. Anyone had to request a PTR record for the INSIDE WAN port of the router? We have PTR records for the published static IP, but the email is being tagged be the router b4 it leaves w/ a different IP address.
