RIS and NIC drivers

Hi
I hope I will find my answer here.
I runing WIN server 2003 SP2 as a RIS.
I want to deploy win XP on my Satelite A100 notebook. I added win xp image to RIS folder.
Widows setup loads properly, but I geting error msg “Operating system image you selected does not contain the necessary drivers for your network adapter. etc”. Laptop have Intel NIC.
How I can resolve this problem?
If any one can tell me step by step guide.
