RIS Imaging

Does anyone have a copy of bootable windows 2000 media that has SP3, IE6, and all the latest hotfixes slipstreamed into it? I would also like to know how to create an image with all my apps installed to deploy it to systems with differing hardware. Anyone’s input would be greatly appreciated… Thanks
