RIS Server and DHCP

I am installing Windows Server 2003 for the purpose of providing RIS to my home network. RIS has a requirement of DHCP, DNS and AD in order to work.

Can anyone tell me if the DHCP provided by my home network router can satisfy the DHCP requirement of the above?
