@Risk software using Terminal Services

I have a client that we host their virtual server. They connect through the web to their virtual desktop using terminal services. They want to load @risk software for one user to use. I loaded the software and get an error message “Using @Risk via remote acess or terminal services is not allowed”. Anyone know and sneaks or ideas to get this to work?
