RLOGIN on NT 4.0 or 2000?

I have a customer (working with 3D softwares like Softimage and Maya on a SGI with an IRIX environement) who wants to transfert to Win NT platform on the PC side. But, he ask me if there is a possibility to use CPU time of all the unused stations onthe network when they are rendering, like they used to do on IRIX?

If so, on which platform? and how to do this?
