Roaming Email Folders

My Win. NT users have roaming profiles. However, their Outlook 2000 Personal Folders will not roam. (We use .pst instead of .ost because Outlook folders cannot be shared). They are stored in c:\winnt\profile\username\localsettings\application data\microsoft\outlook – on the machine they use most often. When they log on somewhere else, the file cannot be found. If I check their profiles on the server, it only shows me …\application data\microsoft – the outlook folder is not there. Where can I store these personal folders so that they roam?
