Roaming Profiles

I’m having the some issues with roaming profiles not synching to the server. I believe I have the permissions correct. One thing is I have to have the user as the owner in order for the local computer to find the profile folder (It give me a message about not finding the profile folder). What are the correct permissions and or configurations to have so that this process is flawless.
