Roaming Profiles

I help a small company that has a UNIX server with NT workstations. They run SAMBA with the server. I am an NT guy and know very little about UNIX. Is there a way to implement roaming profiles with the above setup? What are the procedures? Or refer me to an easy to understand UNIX/NT book that deals with the issue. Thanks.
