Roaming profiles and Novell

We have a primary Novell server for all employee logins. They use NT Workstations to log onto the network. I have set up a separate NT Server to try and find a way to make roaming profiles work. What configuration issues are needed on both the NT server and the client PCs? Thanks to anyone who can shed light on this matter.
