Roaming profiles and Outlook Express

We use Roaming profiles in our Windows 2003 server environment with XP Clients. I’m trying to figure and easy way to get my clients Outlook Express info to save on the server. I tried enabling Folder Redirection for the Application Data folder because that is where its stored by default on the local machine but its not working. The Application Data folder is copied but anything after the Identities\######## is not. Any help would be appreciated.
