Roaming profiles create two profiles when user logs in.

I have a windows 2000 terminal server that uses roaming profiles. On this particular server it is creating two user folders for every user everytime they login. One: %Username% and the other %username%.domain1 and it just keeps incrementing the domain. I am using roaming profiles which work fine on other terminal servers. It seems to be this particular server that has trouble creating the user profiles correctly. The first user profile it creates (%USERNAME%) only has the windows folder in it. It doesn?t actually finish creating the first profile. Any ideas would be appreciated.
