Roaming Profiles – no mapped drives

I am running a Windows Server 2003 with 15 Win200 and WinXP clinets. I am switching everyone over to roaming profiles, however when they go to loging at another computer none of their network drives, printers, outlook, and other program settings are there. All of their icons are there, but desktop and screen savers are gone too.
