Roaming VPN with Linksys Router

I have a Linksys VPN Router acting as the gateway on my office network. I need to configure the router and a notebook so that the notebook can make a VPN connection to the router. The notebook could potentially have any IP address and it could be behind a NAT firewall. Does anyone know how this can be accomplished using the equipment I have?
