Rockwell Soft56 PCI Modem

I have Rockwell Soft56 Data, Fax, Speakerphone PCI Modem (Conexant). The Driver which came alone with the modem does not work. when I try to install the modem on NT 4.0 the installation hang.

Can any one give me the URL for this drive form windows NT 4.0 Server.
