Rome total War 1.3 patch wont start

Hi there!

Please help me find solution to my problem regarding rome total war patch 1.3. I tried so many times to download this patch from different websites but the problem is still the same. The error message goes like this :

Set up has experienced an error.
Please do the following:
-Close any running programs
-Empty your temporary folder.
-Check your internet connection(internet based setups)

Then try to run the setup again.

Error code: -6001
