rouiter only sends from 1 lan, others will not send

d-link ebr2310 WIRED router, has worked really well for about 2 yrs. recently my isp increased my u/l speed by 2x and that is about the time this started. some facts: currently 2 devices on the router…1 will send stuff out but the other one recently stopped sends. i have power cycled both(w/computer unplugged), i even formatted…no help. fyi, i have run 7 current malware detectors, hijack this, cws shredder, 2 rootkit detectors and a full virus scan…my problem is NOT a malware infestation. at this point i cant determine which is lame, any help really would be appreciated.
