Router and switch recommendation

I’m looking to purchase a router that I can use with either DSL, Cable modem, or frame relay to the Internet and either VPN back to our company network or connect directly via frame relay. I’m also looking for a good 16 to 24 port switch/hub to workwith the router. There are so many products that I need some recommendations to narrow it down.
