router and swith types for ISP

This is my project. If I was to setup an ISP that could handle between20,000-2000,000 thousend DSL subscribers in the next 5 yrs. I would rent a rack at the telephone company and open an ISP office at a diffrent location. Here goes my question. Whatkind of routers and switchs do I need to set up at the rented space at the telephone company and at my ISP office. The lines from the local telephone company to the ISP and then to the internet will be fiber optics. Can anyone tell me the equipmentsand models at both locations.
