Routers and Switches

I run a small business. I have 13 PC terminals that run off of a LAN Windows NT with a Proxy Server, through Hub connections. I just had a high speed cable connection installed. I now need to find a Firewall Router and Switch, to replace the hubs. I have no formal IT background, learn as I go. I’m asking for any suggestions on what would be a good Firewall Router and Switch to get for my server. I’ve found a NETGEAR firewall router FR314/318 Cable/DSL and a LINKSYS Etherfast II 10/100 switch. Are there Router/Switch combs? What would be my best options.
