Routing 2 different ip segments

Hello !

We have CISCO 5500 switches at our location and 2 different ip segement with different subnets. like e.g. 130.123.186.xxx/24 and 130.152.178.xxx/25.
The subnets now communicate via router which takes more time than the switch to communicate.
What configuration changes should be done in the switch so that the routing is done from the switch itself. One switch has the route module also.
