Routing and Remote Access

I have a small business server 2000 with 5 users and require a demand dial up connection to a branch via an ISDN line and another connection for my ADSL internet connection. I have configured routing and remote access so that the ADSL is permanentlyon and the worksations have no problem accessing the internet, however only the server can access the branch resources via the demand dial up connection. Any suggestions would be most grateful. Workstation cannot “see” the branch server i.e. requesttimed out during a ping from any workstation yet they can ping the local servers PPP dial up ipaddress?
