Roxio Burning Rights without XP Administrator level; User level only

We have clients with Roxio Easy Media Creator Basic V9 installed and running fine on HP laptops running XP Pro SP2/3.

We also have Nero installed on many XP Pro SP2/3 systems.

In these times of security consciousness, we drop user rights to the basement with only user level rights.

In Nero, there is an external utility that can be run called “Nero burning rights” which allows the Admins to give full burning rights to the CD/DVD burner without giving the user administrator OR power user level rights.

Does anyone know of an analogous component for Roxio.
