Roxio & Vista

Hello,
I’m trying to install Roxio V9 on Vista SP1 Business (32bit).
During the installation i chose a Complete install, however after the installation completed i couldn’t find Roxio in the Start Menu. Drag to Disk appeared to install, but was disabled. When i attempt to enable it, i am told that the recorder is busy. I have rebooted, uninstalled, reinstalled, all to the same result.
I tried to do a Custom install, and can see that it tries to create a C:\PF\Roxio folder, but when i click next again, there are no options to install, and the required space says 0mb.
I have checked the CD works on another computer (XP)
The CD says Roxio Easy Media Creator for XP & Vista.
Has anyone come across this?
