RPC between AIX 4.5 and Windows XP

Dear all,
Q1) is it possible to call a batch file which exist on WINDOWS XP from AIX 4.5 through RPC,two systems are in same LAN.
Q2) if so how it is?
Q3) is it thread safe?
Its too urgent pl respond imm
