RPC/HTTPS and certificates

I have a DSL link and a satelite link form 2 seperate ISP’s and I would like to use both of them so that local traffic goes through the DSL.I have ISA 2006 as firewall an one exchange server 2003, RPC/HTTPS is configured, and Certficate services. all remote clients use a certifacte to connect to their mail. remote sites are geographically despersed.

Can I implement your solution for this situation?
