RPC SERVER is unavailable

When i try to remotely connect with our servers it shows an error RPC server is unavailable.So what is the reason of this error.It only resolve when i restart my domain controller.But it is not the good solution,so please help me to solve this problem.i can login localy on that server but i cantlogin in domain.
I am using window 2003 server
