I have a Windows 2003 R2 server with an eight-port modem board installed for dial-up remote access by home care nurses. This server also runs the home care clinical application used by the nurses for patient charting. The nurses can successfully establish a connection to the server using their Windows network credentials, but then the application reports an error connecting to the UNC path for a share on the server. If I enter the path in the RUN dialog of a remotely connected device I get prompted for network credentials. If I enter the nurse’s account info that was used to establish the RRAS connection I get the following error:
“The user name you typed is the same as the user name you logged in with. That user name has already been tried.”
Anyone out there an RRAS guru?
