RRAS connections

I’ve made a RRAS connection, that i thing is well configured.
When i try to connet, the modem starts and the secret code is verified but in the end when it’s realy establishing the connections my screen turns black and the only thing that i can do is to shutdown the system.
What is going on whith my system?
