RRAS issue?

Hi

My client currently has a server running Server 2003 and it is handling RRAS for VPN clients. What happens is when a user connects via vpn the entire network (including the VPN user) has no internet.
When the user ends the VPN connection the Internet is back and working on the LAN…

Does anyone have any suggestion?
