RTOVsd.exe problem

How can I check rtovsd.exe on my computer to make sure there is no virus,etc…in the software?? Can I erase this or is it part of my computer? It keeps coming up on my Comodo antivirus wanting me to either block it or not which makes me wonder if it is corupt?
