run batch file when email arrives

Hi there, I’m running Exchange 2000 and I’d like to know how to run a specif batch file when an email message is received into a specific mailbox that meets specific criteria – for example, a word or phrase contained in the subject line. I’m wondering whether this might be a way to automate service re-starts when I am unable to connect via Terminal Services. (specifically, I have a dynamic IP from dns2go and would like to re-start the dns2go client, but I also have other services I’d like to control)
